VP of Product (Omnichannel) – Payments – London – £160,000 + 20% bonus
As Vice President, Omnichannel Gateway Payments, you will be an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you will be responsible for representing the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of in-person and online payments, you will need to guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier, enterprise and complex client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
The Role
- Drive and help define the overall omnichannel gateway product strategy, vision and goals
- Manage stakeholders from various verticals with numerous requirements from product team and channel them into constructive product builds aligning with overall gateway strategy
- Engaging key (enterprise) customers to understand product requirements and alignment with overall product strategy for gateway
- Drive product roadmap for gateway – ecommerce and card present to ensure build of omnichannel capabilities
- Socialising product roadmap with multiple stakeholders and functions
Your Profile
- Expertise and experience in payments, specifically gateway payments covering card present and card not present (online/ecommerce) payments
- Previous experience in running a gateway strategy / product team
- Experience with working with enterprise customers
- Several years of experience in working in product and leading a team of product managers
- Commercially minded with strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions
