Exciting Property Business which does amazing work for the local community are looking to grow their team by hiring a Transformation Manager to setup and lead an efficient PMO Office, improve the change management of the organisation and deliver on both business and technology driven programme and projects. This role will report to the Head of Transformation & Strategy and will manage a team of PMs and BAs.

Please note this role requires 2 days a week onsiite in the West Midlands.

THE ROLE

The Transformation Manager will be responsible for:

  • Planning all business and technology transformation for the business by working with key stakeholders in the business to understand their requirements
  • Lead on the development of the transformational roadmap and understand the key metrics to achieve the businesses strategic objectives
  • Be the lead on change management for the business and work with stakeholders to engage them in the roll out of new products, technologies and processes.
  • Be able to identify improvements in existing processes and be able to come up with solutions to improve service delivery.
  • Manage a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts to be able to deliver the programmes and projects required by the business.
  • Be able to identify risks when running programmes and be able to mitigate this.

YOU

The Transformation Manager will have prior experiencce of:

  • Have prior experience of creating and implementing a project management office into an organisation.
  • Leading and delivering large scale transformation for both technology and business change.
  • Have experience of implementing change management into an organisation
  • Have strong stakeholder experience from C-Suite downwards to be able to understand their requirements to be able to run the right programmes and projects needed.
  • Have experience of creating a transformation roadmap for an organisation
  • Demonstrable experience in budget management and return on investment.
  • Qualified in a relevant project management certification such as Prince2, APM, PMI
