Role: System Administrator
Location: London/Remote (2-3 days a week)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits

The position:

  • Serve as the SME and advisor re: the functionality and processes within the Talent/Performance system.
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day technical operations of the Talent/Performance system.
  • Provide ongoing user support and identify and resolve technical problems related to the Talent/Performance system as well as liaise with the appropriate contacts to troubleshoot and solve system issues.
  • Gather feedback and identify opportunities for functionality and process improvements as well as system enhancements to optimise the talent and performance user experience.
  • Understand the impact that system changes/updates can have not only within the system but on the user experience (broadly or for the individual/group).
  • Collaborate with the wider People team to ensure talent and performance management processes align with the Firm’s strategic goals and support overall organisational success.
  • Own the configuration and structural elements (with guidance from the Head of Talent) for the various talent and performance processes.
  • Launch and manage the talent and performance processes throughout the year.
  • Conduct and analyse Talent/Performance data and create reports/read outs.
  • Manage data as needed for the Talent and HR teams as well as support and upskill stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other Workday workstream leads to identify opportunities for seamless integration and alignment, particularly with compensation, learning and employee engagement modules.
  • Create up to date Talent/Performance system documentation, trainings, how to guides and resource materials for users on how to use the system/tools effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations are maintained re: the data within the system.
  • Support the development and implementation of change management strategies to drive adoption and engagement.
  • Stay updated on Workday releases and industry best practices.
