Senior Project Manager – European Banking (FTC)

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager – European Banking, where you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering key new regulated business lines as well as support on the business change agenda.

As the Senior Project Manager – European Banking , you’ll be responsible for:

• Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals are met.
• Change Implementation: Support teams with system upgrades, process changes, and lending policy updates.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and vendors.
• Compliance Focus: Align projects with regulatory requirements, ensuring quality and precision
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining project momentum

What We’re Looking For:

• Work Experience:
• Proven track record in Financial Services or regulated industries
• Banking industry (ideally in European markets) exposure is a must
• Familiarity with Banking industry systems such as FIS, Temenos or Finastra is highly desirable
• Subject matter expertise in Lending and/or mortgages experience will be looked upon favourably
• Technical Skills: Proficient in tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Visio, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus)
• Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to work with numerous stakeholders, inspire teams, resolve conflicts, and adapt to evolving priorities
