Key Responsibilities:
- Data Ownership: Oversee the D&A domain in the ERP transformation for Pet Nutrition.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate data collection, cleaning, and formatting from various sources.
- Analysis & Reporting: Analyze datasets to identify trends and insights and present findings through dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Predictive Modelling: Build models and algorithms using statistical and machine learning techniques for forecasting and decision-making.
- Data Quality: Maintain data accuracy and resolve inconsistencies.
- Visualization Tools: Utilize tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries to create interactive dashboards.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to address business challenges with data-driven solutions.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging technologies and data analysis techniques.
Qualifications:
– Education: Degree or equivalent experience; a Master’s or a degree with a quantitative component is a plus.

- Proficiency in designing robust, agile technical solutions.
- Ability to creatively work with innovative data and adapt to new tools.
Experience:
- Expertise in SAP S/4Hana transformation and working with data systems, particularly in Finance.
- Proven ability in handling data models, mining, and segmentation.
- Significant experience in large-scale global digital transformations.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
