Python Developer – Dev Ex / Support

This role is fully on site with 5 days per week in the London office.

La Fosse is partnering with a commodities trader who are growing their high-performance teams. This is a key hire for their internal team, focused on training, upskilling and supporting the whole business with continuous improvement. This team build internal tooling and internal libraries, and have nothing to do with services, trading systems or web app. This will be 100% internal, split between support and python development, purely focused on the end user.

Key Requirements:

• Strong level of Python + broad knowledge of python development
• Plotly Dash or Streamlit
• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience in customer facing / internal stakeholder positions
• Experience working at a very fast pace

Nice to have:

• Financial services experience / trading

• Strong educational background

• Previous developer community experience / Dev EX

Compensation:

This role offers a very competitive package with up to £75,000 + bonus
