Role: Project Manager
Location: London ~ 2 days weekly
Salary: Up to £60,000
FTC Length: 12 Month Initial FTC
Role Overview:
We are seeking an ERP Project Manager to lead on a large HR and Payroll transformation programme for one of our Not for Profit clients on an initial 12 month FTC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple project workstreams (change, technical deployment, etc.), ensuring alignment across the project timeline.
- Ensure adherence to global design principles, directing project team meetings and guiding the team effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage dependencies and expectations, overseeing the project plan and RAID log.
- Report project progress to the HR/Finance Transformation Delivery Programme Manager and Project Board, escalating risks, issues, and change requests as needed.
- Maintain a proactive, solution-focused approach, offering open and constructive feedback. Present a positive, professional image of the programme and company in all interactions, fostering productive and beneficial relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience delivering HR and Payroll transformations, ideally iTrent or D365.
- Extensive experience managing third-party vendors and ensuring value for money.
- Experience managing the end to end change lifecycle.
- Skilled in estimating project costs and timelines with commercial awareness.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing delivery from external vendors.
- Familiarity with the insurance industry and the full SDLC.
- Proactive and able to work independently while handling ambiguity.
Essential Skills:
- Strong stakeholder and third-party vendor management.
- Proven experience in leading projects and managing vendor performance.
- Expertise in DevOps, SDLC, and agile/waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps or similar management tools.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
