Product Manager

Location: Hertfordshire (1 day per week)

Salary: £48,000 to £55,000

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of digital products that drive operational impact. You’ll shape product strategy, manage the roadmap, and deliver user-focused solutions in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities: 

• Ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle for key software applications

• Define vision and roadmaps aligned with business goals

• Lead Agile delivery and prioritise features based on user needs

• Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage third-party suppliers

• Provide insight through user research, data and competitor analysis

Requirements: 

• Experience in software product management, defining, executing and launching successful products

• Proven track record working with B2B products or services

• Familiarity with Salesforce, as this has recently been implemented in the business

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Prince2 qualification

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
