Role Overview

As Managing Director, you will lead the establishment of our German entity from the ground up. Your strategic leadership will shape the future of our operations in Germany, with a focus on leveraging your expertise and network within the SAP ecosystem to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth. Your success will be measured by your ability to secure a minimum of five key clients and scale the organization to 20 full-time employees (FTEs).

Key Responsibilities

• Entity Establishment: Oversee the legal, operational, and financial setup of the German entity in collaboration with global leadership.
• Strategic Business Development: Utilize your strong network in SAP ERP and SAP BTP to identify and secure client partnerships.
• Client Acquisition: Drive revenue by onboarding at least five key clients within the first year.
• Organizational Growth: Scale the team to 20 FTEs, ensuring sustainable growth and a strong organizational culture.
• Market Positioning: Position the company as a trusted partner in enterprise technology solutions within the German market.
• P&L Management: Oversee budgets, financial forecasting, and profitability to meet business objectives.
• Leadership and Governance: Lead a high-performing team while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Managing Director, Country Manager, or senior leadership role in enterprise technology or consulting.
• Extensive network and deep understanding of SAP ERP and SAP BTP solutions.
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition and business development, ideally with a track record of securing major partnerships.
• Experience in establishing and scaling legal entities and operational teams in Germany or Europe.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth, innovation, and profitability.
• Fluent German is a nice plus.
