Working on onboarding a new CRM onboarding, supporting data management, quality control operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Processing & Quality Assurance:
• Manage and manipulate large datasets, utilizing VLOOKUPs, cross-checks, and data validation in spreadsheets.
• Conduct thorough validation and testing to ensure data accuracy and adherence to standards, assisting users who may be unfamiliar with IT systems.
2. Stakeholder Communication & Support:
• Engage with internal stakeholders and delivery partners through daily 15-minute check-ins.
• Report findings and proposed improvements to product owners and data leads, assisting in the approval process.
• Serve as a point of contact for resolving concerns related to data handling and testing errors within the team.
3. Testing & Validation:
• Conduct conflict testing for new and modified data fields, including basic access control checks.
• Review and update process documentation, ensuring alignment of insurance data points with standardized values across Europe.
4. Project Support:
• Assist with minor business analysis tasks, including data entry, process documentation, and spreadsheet conversions.
• Provide ongoing support for insurance projects related to P&I data, business analysis, and IT compliance.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Previous experience in data entry or administrative support, ideally within the insurance sector Underwriting, or claims)
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP, and data manipulation.
• Experience with data validation and quality control procedures.
• Knowledge of IT processes with the ability to identify and address discrepancies.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, the ability to work autonomously, and comfort with remote communication tools.
• Background: Ideally, a candidate with operational or claims experience in the insurance industry who understands the demands of insurance and data-sensitive environments.
