Information Security Manager

La Fosse has partnered with a leading InsurTech firm looking for a Information Security Manager to drive and embed robust security measures, safeguarding their systems and critical data assets.

This role will be pivotal in establishing and enforcing security protocols, overseeing security technologies, and fostering collaboration across departments to embed strong security practices organisation-wide. The Information Security Manager will also lead on incident response, cloud security, and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and uphold security policies and procedures aligned with the parent company’s standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, architecture reviews, and drive mitigation strategies.
• Oversee incident response, disaster recovery, and digital forensics.
• Work closely with IT, legal, and compliance teams to ensure integrated security practices.
• Configure and manage security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and EDR solutions.
• Maintain secure cloud environments, particularly in AWS, and support DevOps security practices.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in an Information Security role, ideally within the InsurTech or FinTech sector.
• Solid understanding of security frameworks with hands-on AWS security experience.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
• Proven track record of working effectively with engineering teams and supporting secure development.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, adept at building relationships with global teams.
