We are partnered with a global payments business who are looking for a software engineer to join their innovative and diverse, cross functional team who all share a passion and obsession for all things tech. Within this team you will be working on the development of exciting greenfield projects using innovative technologies.

Day to Day Work:

As a Software Engineer you will-

• Build out a new cloud based platform for internal and external usage, with configurable modules for Transaction monitoring, Dynamic client profiling and long term analytics.
• Front end development based on FIGMA designs and implemented using React, Typescript.
• Backend development using the following tools: FAST API, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, Poetry, Mypy, Ruff, PyTest

Ideally you will have:

• 1-3 Years’ of commercial experience with Python, Typescript, React (NextJS/Angular), Fast API(Django/Flask), Cloud Platform(Azure), KAFKA(Event driven architecture), SQL (Microsoft SQL Server/PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Ability to write clean and concise code that is well documented, logged, and tested, whilst conforming to standard formatting practices.
• Experience with Typescript and Python testing
• Experience in the full code development cycle
• Avid Interest in technology

All applicants need to be UK based and able to commute to London (Victoria) minimum 3 days a week. No Sponsorship offered.
