Scala developer- Initial 6 month contract (Inside IR35)

Rate- £700 p/d

Onsite once a week London

I am currently recruiting for 2 Scala developers to join an exciting new venture as part of a large financial organisation. You will be building a complex, greenfield cloud-based critical market infrastructure.

You will have experience with:

  • Scala including Akka to build resilient message-driven applications, Play Framework b and Cats/Scalaz
  • You have experience of using shift left testing principles and frameworks using tech such as Junit, Cucumber, Gherkin, Contract Test, Test Containers
  • Microservices
  • SQL
  • AWS
  • Scrum
  • Docker
