About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead and execute localized marketing strategies across South Europe, including [specify countries: e.g., Spain, Italy, Portugal, etc.]. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving brand awareness, generating demand, and supporting sales efforts in this region by delivering impactful marketing programs tailored to the local markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a regional field marketing strategy aligned with the overall business and marketing goals.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, digital marketing, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives, to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs, provide them with tailored marketing assets, and ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
  • Localization: Adapt global marketing campaigns and assets to suit the specific needs and cultural nuances of the South Europe region.
  • Event Management: Organize and manage regional events, trade shows, and conferences, ensuring a strong presence and engagement with target audiences.
  • Market Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, and use these insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage the regional marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI for all initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and programs, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in field marketing or a similar role, preferably within B2B industries such as technology, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the South European market, including cultural, economic, and business dynamics.
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
    • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting KPIs.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and French. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
