E-Learning Developer

La Fosse are currently partnered with a customer who are looking to hire an E-Learning Developer into their team, on an initial 12 month contract.

This role is based out of their London office but can be fully remote if needed, inside IR35 and paying £350-£400 per day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop e-learning courses on various technical topics such as software applications, programming languages, IT infrastructure, or specialized tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content.
• Create training materials including presentations, storyboards, voiceover scripts, quizzes, handouts, and other resources.
• Utilize e-learning authoring tools to develop multimedia-rich learning experiences.
• Ensure all e-learning content is accessible and meets industry standards.
• Assess the effectiveness of training materials through user feedback surveys or assessments; make necessary improvements for continuous enhancement.

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-learning development and instructional design.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Storyline, Camtasia etc.) and EdTech AI solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly both verbally and in writing.
