We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to support a major CRM upgrade project from Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 to D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Online. This is a key role within a financial services organisation, working closely with business and technical teams to ensure a seamless migration and customisation of the new platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical upgrade and migration from CRM 2011 to D365 CE Online.
- Customise and configure Dynamics 365 CE to meet business needs, including workflows, plugins, and integrations.
- Develop and optimise Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Ensure security best practices and compliance with financial industry standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and testers to ensure system requirements are met.
- Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
