Business Analyst (Senior level)

Location: Central London (5 days a week in office)

We are recruiting an experienced Business Analyst to join a Global Maritime organisation. The client are embarking on a large scale technology transformation, to replace outdated business systems with modern technology and solutions. In addition to this they are looking to to develop their Business Analysis function, which this role will play a key role in supporting.

• Strong core Business Analysis skills; facilitating workshops, gathering and documenting requirements, writing functional and non-functional specs
• Support the full project lifecycle; eliciting and documenting ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ processes and requirements for change
• Experience creating project documentation, user stories, user cases, process flow diagrams, from scratch. 
• Document current business solution for in-scope business capabilities including high level processes, applications and integrations mapping.
• Participate actively in and/or manage processes, workflows and ceremonies supporting overall product delivery, including stand-ups, sprint planning and reviews

 Desirable Skills:

• Experience as a Business Analyst mutliple technology transformations
• Experience of ERP, CRM, case management systems, or other similar business systems
• Working in a Waterfall and Agile environment
• Experience defining and documenting high-level business requirements of process flows across multiple supporting systems
• Experience with senior stakeholder management and third-party suppliers.
• ISEB, BCS or similar qualification and experience with BPMN

Salary & Package: £75,000 – £85,000 + Bonus, excellent pension and Package
