A leading consultancy company is seeking a talented Analytics Engineer to join its growing team. This role is primarily remote, with the flexibility of occasional visits to the London office once a week. The position offers the opportunity to work with innovative, product-driven organisations that prioritise investment in cutting-edge data infrastructure.

Role Overview
The Analytics Engineer will play a key role in designing and implementing data solutions that drive business growth. They will collaborate with product teams, data analysts, and backend engineers to deliver scalable and efficient data workflows, ensuring reliable and actionable insights for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Building, optimising, and orchestrating data pipelines using dbt (Data Build Tool).
• Developing and maintaining scalable workflows within cloud-native data warehouses, such as BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, or Snowflake.
• Writing and optimising complex SQL queries for data transformation and analysis.
• Bridging the gap between data engineering and data analysis to deliver reliable data solutions.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data models meet business and analytical needs.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience working with dbt to design and manage data pipelines.
• Expertise in cloud-native data warehousing platforms like BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, with a focus on performance optimisation and data modelling.
• Experience with data analysis and familiarity with data backend environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in hybrid and remote work environments.
