About the Role:
As a Analytics Engineer, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and refine data solutions that empower decision-making across the business. You’ll be responsible for driving insights and building the pipelines to support the company’s strategic objectives.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with the growth team to analyse, interpret, and visualise data that will fuel strategic decisions.
• Design and develop data models and pipelines, leveraging DBT (Data Build Tool) to optimise data workflows.
• Support the scaling of data infrastructure to handle increasing data demands in a high-growth setting.
• Work with product and marketing teams to create and optimise data assets that drive growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience working in a growth-focused environment, ideally within E-commerce.
• Strong DBT skills with a track record of building scalable data models and workflows.
• Solid SQL skills and an understanding of modern data architectures.
• A collaborative mindset, eager to work in a fast-paced team environment.
