La Fosse is happy to announce that we’re partnered with a trusted client in their search for an Agile Delivery Manager in their dynamic, creative and forward-thinking team based in Worcester. Due to natural progression, they are seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of a fantastic squad which is responsible for leading on delivery of a key strategic roadmap;

Continuous improvement is at the core of what this delivery function and the wider business do and they are on a great trajectory within their space to lead from a technology and people perspective.

The Role:

The Agile Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of the squad, increasing the effectiveness of the teams, employing continuous improvement practices and supporting the squad to ensure blockers are removed and productivity is accelerated where possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Delivery Management standards are adhered to and maintained, managing risks and removing impediments where possible.
  • Follow Agile principles and maintain a high standard and attention to detail in line with relevant frameworks (Scrum & Kanban)
  • Lead relevant events, facilitating and gathering insights, where relevant, to enhance team efficiency.
  • Build high-performing teams through guidance, support and constant feedback loops, utilising key metrics to influence decisions.
  • Encourage a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the teams.

What They’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record as a Scrum Master/Delivery Manager
  • Strong attention to detail, while also understanding wider business initiatives/goals.
  • Experience with a multitude of frameworks/approaches in Agile Delivery
  • A practical and pragmatic approach
  • Proficient in managing stakeholder relationships.
  • An enthusiastic, approachable individual who is capable of juggling multiple teams at once
  • Someone who can commute to the Worcester office 1 day a week
